By using TallyPlate you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Not medical advice
TallyPlate is a general wellness app. Calorie targets, food values, tips and warnings are estimates for general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a health condition or take medication.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, meals and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it to provide the app to you and, for content you share, to the members of that circle. Don't share anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Circles
Only share invite codes with people you want in your circle. Be kind: circles are for encouragement.
Food data
Food information comes from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, FoodData Central, and from foods you enter yourself. It may contain errors. USDA does not endorse TallyPlate.
The service
We work to keep TallyPlate available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, iView Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
If TallyPlate ends
We hope to run TallyPlate for a long time, but we may decide to discontinue it. If we do, we will tell you in the app (and by email where we can) at least 30 days before it stops working. During that time:
- We will stop new sign-ups and new TallyPlate Pro purchases.
- You will be able to download a copy of your data (your meals, daily calories, weight and activity) before the service ends.
- Paid subscriptions will not renew. If you paid in advance for time after the end date (for example a yearly plan), we will refund the unused part through the App Store or Google Play, where you paid.
- After the service ends, we delete your account and your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment and tax records), which never include your meals or health information.
If we have to stop sooner for reasons outside our control (for example a legal requirement or the loss of a service we depend on), we will give you as much notice as we can and follow the same steps.
Apple
If you downloaded TallyPlate from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
