Delete your TallyPlate account

You can permanently delete your account and data at any time. TallyPlate is made by iView Global.

In the app (fastest)

Open TallyPlate and sign in.
Tap your picture or initials, then Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email tallyplate-support@iview-global.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my TallyPlate account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile and picture, goals, health conditions, meals and meal photos, preparation steps, favorites, custom foods, workouts, weigh-ins, daily summaries, synced activity, notification settings, circle memberships and the meals you shared to circles. Circles you created are deleted when no members are left.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except what the law requires us to keep, and short-lived encrypted backups kept by Google Cloud, which expire on their own.

Want to delete only some data? Meal details and photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete individual meals, workouts, weigh-ins and custom foods in the app. Or email us.
